Implica.cz’s Privacy Policy applies to personal data provided by the company's clients, both for the purposes of various services and for communication, usually in electronic format, as well as to the participation of clients in company’s promotions, the provision of technical support to the client and the warranty service.
The services may contain links to third parties that have their own Privacy Policy regulation. In such cases implica.cz is not responsible for the content and compliance with the Privacy Policy of any third-party company. Concerning implica.cz, the client gives full consent to the processing of their personal data in the ways regulated by the EU legislation.
Definition of Terms The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:- "The administration of the Company's website (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration)" – authorized employees for managing the website, acting on behalf of, who organize and (or) process personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Company's Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
